Max, a seasoned Data Science Leader, has dedicated two decades to crafting data and applied AI solutions for his clientele. Through his expertise, clients have gleaned profound insights into customer behaviors, minimized customer acquisition expenses, heightened customer retention, mitigated risks, maximized customer value, and secured a competitive edge.
With a fervor for making AI accessible to business users, Max collaborates extensively with industry specialists. His commitment ensures that our products not only deliver unparalleled business value but are also user-friendly for our business partners.
Max earned his Master's degree in Applied Statistics from Louisiana State University.
Phillip Peng
CO-FOUNDER & CTO
Phillip, an Applied AI Practice Leader, boasts 15 years of experience in creating and implementing applied AI products tailored for HigherEd institutions. His expertise has empowered leaders to bolster new student enrollments, enhance student success and retention, and streamline business operations using predictive analytics, state-of-the-art technology, and in-depth domain knowledge.
Passionately collaborating with business leaders, Phillip is dedicated to co-shaping insights and strategies. He remains at the forefront, championing the newest AI advancements to optimize business outcomes.
Phillip earned his Ph.D. in Agricultural Economics and a Master's in Economics from the University of Kentucky. Additionally, he holds a Master's degree in Agricultural Economics from North Carolina Agricultural and Technical State University.
Kevin Chen

With over ten years of experience, Kevin specializes in crafting data-driven machine learning and applied AI solutions tailored for HigherEd institutions. He is at the forefront of devising innovative methodologies to enhance the precision and resilience of machine learning predictions. His efforts are centered on deriving actionable insights that bolster student enrollment, academic achievement, retention, and graduation rates.
Kevin's dedication to product innovation is unwavering, with an aim to elevate business impact. Prioritizing clients' needs, he never hesitates to exceed expectations, ensuring the utmost quality of our AI offerings.
Kevin is an alumnus of the University of Illinois at Chicago, holding Master's degrees in both Statistics and Physics.
